Dual-mode BLE 5.3 + 2.4G SoC Based Wireless Module with OW3621
Brief Introduction
The DL-OW3621-B is a compact low-power Bluetooth Wireless Module based on the OW3621 low-power Bluetooth chip (supports Bluetooth 5.3). The module features a built‑in AT command firmware and supports master‑slave integration mode. Users can perform scanning, connecting, broadcasting, and other operations via AT commands. In the connected state, the PHY, MTU, and connection parameters can be flexibly adjusted to better control throughput and power consumption.
The transport layer of the module supports both Server and Client transparent transmission modes, and offers auto‑connection as well as pre‑configurable connection parameters. An external MCU only needs a UART interface to complete Bluetooth configuration and transparent data transmission, greatly simplifying the BLE application development process.

DL-OW3621-B Value:The OW3621 chip employs a 48 MHz Cortex‑M0+ core, integrating 256KB of flash memory and 24KB of SRAM. The module is equipped with an external 24 MHz high‑speed crystal oscillator, and its RF performance has been optimized for harmonics and impedance matching. The receive current is as low as 8mA, while the power consumption at 0 dBm transmit power is only 14mA. Typical receive sensitivity reaches up to –99 dBm at a 1 Mbps data rate. This excellent energy performance makes the module highly suitable for power‑sensitive applications such as those powered by button‑cell batteries.
